SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the text messages Caretap sends to prospective customers who have scheduled a product demonstration with our team.

Who we are
Caretap is a product of SRS Web Solutions, Inc., a corporation registered in the United States, with its registered office at 8710 Central Ave NE, Ste 200, Blaine, MN 55434.
About this programme
We send SMS text messages to prospective customers who have scheduled a product demonstration with our sales team and who have provided a mobile telephone number together with their consent to be contacted by text message.
Consent is requested verbally by a member of our sales team during the telephone call on which the demonstration is scheduled. Providing consent is optional and is never a condition of scheduling a demonstration or of any purchase.
We do not text anyone who has not given consent, and we do not text numbers obtained from public directories, professional registries, or purchased lists.
Messages you will receive
- A reminder approximately one day before your scheduled demonstration
- A reminder approximately one hour before, including the joining link
- Where applicable, a short message offering to reschedule if you were unable to attend
- Replies from our team to any message you send us
We do not send promotional or marketing content through this programme.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the appointments you have scheduled. Ordinarily you will receive no more than two messages per scheduled demonstration.
Cost
Caretap does not charge you for these messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Please contact your carrier with questions about charges on your account.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, at no cost. We will send one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for support information.
Other ways to opt out
You may also tell any member of our team by telephone or email that you no longer wish to receive text messages, and we will record your request immediately. Opting out does not affect your scheduled appointment.
Carriers and delivery
This programme supports major United States mobile carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network availability and conditions outside our control, so we also send appointment confirmations by email.
Privacy
We do not share your SMS consent or mobile telephone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send the messages described here and to respond to messages you send us. We share it with our telecommunications provider solely to transmit these messages. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the authorised owner or user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please tell us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one currently in force, and its effective date is shown above.
