- We were just using mnITS
Did you face any struggles without using the software earlier?
- Yes. It was time consuming and not easy and it was very struggling.
How long have you been using Caretap and How have you seen Caretap improved the process in your agency?
- We have started using beginning of April 2019, In the beginning, just like any other software, there were a few glitches but that's expected. So that;s not the big deal. Eventually by working together with their team, we were able to overcome the issues. So it's been an excellent experience.
How would you rate our support compared to other suppoer teams that you've worked in the past?
- I would give 9/10 for the support
What would you say to other prospecting agencies that are considering Caretap for paperless documentation and billing?
- I think Caretap will become one of the major billing softwares in town. Many agencies will be coming to look at our system and infact there are many many people that are about to come now to join the caretap.
